He has turned into SUCH a disappointment. So different than when he was mayor and Lt. Governor. All I can do is write/call him DAILY to express my horror at what he has become, and commit to NEVER voting for him again.
My guess is that he's looking at re-election in 2 years, and the rightward swing in the overall majority of precincts in PA, and has decided that going after Republican and independent votes, along with Democrats who voted for the Orange Menace is the path to re-election.
Also, he is certainly different post-stroke.
There is no doubt that he will be challenged in the primary, and so long as they don't change the law for primaries to be open, he will lose.

It occurred to me when Casey lost, that perhaps him being the senior senator in our state, may have changed him. Thoughts?
