My thought on the time change -- there are people on both sides who say it should be standard time, and others who say it should be savings time. My idea is that we split the difference, and go through ONE, SINGLE half hour time change -- split the difference and then stick with that. It would simultaneously make everyone and no one happy at the same time.
You know that's not completely accurate, it took 202 years to ratify the 27th amendment. Yes, the ERA was never ratified and it should have been -- but problems with the process have abounded since 1789.

Truly a shame that the amendment process has become so difficult to initiate and process to conclusion. It was not always this way.
