Doing our best. Remember, we are old folks barely coping with staying alive and alert and avoiding transfer to Memory Care or Skilled Nursing or even Assisted Living. Indeed, I have a private LPN with me 5 hours every morning to help me dress and serve breakfast and lunch.

Luckily, tomorrow's action item can be accomplished from the safety of your home. Your LPN can help you, if you need it, and maybe he/she will agree to do it, too. I love you, unc.

Brilliant writing, thoughtful analysis and frightening conclusions. I wish I could point to a flaw in your logic, but not this time...

A brilliant summary, Jessica. Trump raises the project 2025 specter again with the recent demand that colleges and universities reveal the names of protesters and their nationalities -

Thanks!

The pressure on colleges and universities is intense. And it's just the start. People from other countries who try to enter the US, even with proper visas and paperwork are having their phones and other electronics searched. This includes vacationers and other visitors, permanent residents, green card holders -- and I would not be surprised if they started doing it to American citizens (meaning born here) to see who they can round up on fake charges.
