Today, I have nothing of value to say
I watched the DNC Monday night, in awe of the speakers and the spectacle. I plan to do the same Tuesday night, instead of preparing the Wednesday morning post. Apologies, dear readers. Instead of writing, I am just a star-struck Democrat.
Events at the DNC aside capped by the crowd rousing speech of Michelle Obama, I was elated by the local news in Sarasota. It appears that all of the far right candidates for the School Board and the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Board endorsed by Gov. DeSantis were defeated in Yesterday's elections. As Tip O'Neil said: All politics are local.
