As I often do, I amuse myself
My pick fave funny of the week relates to Connecticut resident Dave McCormick. He’s running against incumbent Senator Bob Casey for that Pennsylvania senate seat. My full race analysis here. As can be expected from a carpetbagger, he messed up “Philadelphia”. This is a now-deleted tweet put up by the McCormick campaign. (Always remember to grab your screen shots promptly. Look in the lower right corner at the name of the station. If you live in the Philadelphia, PENNSYLVANIA area, you know that is NOT one of our stations. Nope, it’s from Philadelphia, MISSISSIPPI. A local resident kindly put up a photo of a Philly cop car to help Dave in the future. But we expect these things from people who don’t live here.
This is the 10th anniversary of President Obama donning a tan suit. Here’s his tweet on the issue:
The more I find out about Governor and Mrs. Walz, the more I love them.
While I eschew polls on candidates, I find other types of polling valuable. And this is GOOD! Enthusiastic voters vote at higher rates than other folks.

Chuckles always welcome and pleased to learn there is a Philadelphia in Mississippi. Fairly certain Dave McCormick would do well there and should move his carpetbag there post haste.
